Design Dentistry and Smile is a LLC owned by Dr. Romaniak-Kumik.
Dr.Romaniak-Kumik has been practicing dentistry for the past 29 years. She graduated from New York University Collage of Dentistry in 1995.
From January 1996 till January 1997 Dr. Romaniak-Kumik did her Residency in General Dentistry working for US Army Dental at Fort Knox, KY .
From January-1997 till May-2000 Dr.Romaniak-Kumik worked as an associate in private practice
of Dr.Michael Malka in the state of New Jersey.
From May 2000 till December 2008 she has been employed as a general dentist by Community Health Center providing dental services
for Community Population for 8 years.
In December 2008 Dr.Romaniak-Kumik opened Design Dentistry and Smile, LLC. When it comes to practice success, Dr.Romaniak-Kumik says that everybody on staff, herself included, is an equal player on the field.
“When I hire people, I tell them that I don’t think I’m more important than anyone else when it comes to practice ” success. ”
There’s a chain of command, of course, but when it comes to succeeding we all play a very equal role.
